Your blood work, not guesswork.

Still training four times a week and looking exactly the same as two years ago? Or fatter?

It is not a motivation problem. It is a baseline problem. We find the cause with blood work and data, then build training, nutrition and sleep on it.

The diagnosis

The problem is not willpower. The problem is missing data.

The fitness industry sells enthusiasm and generic plans. Your body is not generic. Your hormone profile, your insulin sensitivity and your cortisol pattern all affect what actually works. Without knowing what is off, every effort is a guess.

  • Hormone levels never measured
  • No baseline blood work
  • Training programmed without data
  • Nutrition calibrated against nothing
The protocol

Three pillars. One system.

01

Fat loss, calibrated

Precise energy balance set against your blood work, so fat goes and muscle stays. No generic calorie limits.

02

Structural hypertrophy

Progressive overload built on your actual biomechanics. Substance, not volume for show.

03

Cognitive discipline

Routines, sleep structure and decision frameworks that keep the system running. Not motivation. Design.

  1. Blood work

You take a panel at an accredited lab. That is the baseline.

  2. Review

1:1 walkthrough of every marker and a written report.

  3. 12 weeks

Training, nutrition, sleep and weekly check-ins, adjusted on data.

  4. Retest

New blood work shows what moved. No self-reported numbers.

Case 003 · Lab documented

Three blood tests. About 3½ months.

My father, 74, started a lifestyle protocol in December 2025, with his doctor following up as before. Three tests from Fürst Medical Laboratory, Oslo, show what happened.

Questions

Frequently asked.

More on the FAQ page.

I have tried everything. Why would this be different?

Because most programs hand you a plan. This one starts by finding out why the last one did not work, using your blood work as the baseline.

What does it cost?

Diagnostics €300. 12-week protocol €1 750. Ongoing coaching €385 per month, minimum 3 months. The diagnostics amount is credited in full if you continue to the 12-week protocol. Blood tests are not included: you order and pay for them directly with the lab. Nothing is paid on this website. If we agree to work together after the free call, you get a written agreement and a secure payment link (card or Klarna via Stripe).

Am I too old to start?

The starting point matters less than what your system can do when it runs correctly. Case 003 started at 74.

Why do you require blood work?

Because I do not guess. Blood work shows what nobody can see from the outside: hormone levels, blood sugar regulation, nutrient status. It gives us a baseline and a way to measure progress.

Where do I take the blood test?

At any accredited lab where you live. Many private labs in Norway, Poland and the rest of Europe let you order a panel online without a GP. After the evaluation call you get an exact marker list for your situation. After the call we agree a secure way to share your lab results. Please don’t email them before we’ve talked. You pay the lab directly, including for the retest at week 12; that cost is not part of my price.

After you apply

If we both want to go ahead, you get a clear list of which blood markers to test, and we start.
