Privacy Policy

TheRaveFather Mersland (org. no. 927 217 007, Norway), trading as The RaveFather Coach, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our coaching services.
What we collect
- Contact details you enter in our forms (such as name and email).
- Health information you choose to share, such as answers about training, symptoms and blood test results. This is special category data and is only processed with your explicit consent.
- Booking details when you book a call.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, assess whether coaching is a good fit, and deliver the coaching you sign up for. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a)) and performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b)).
Who processes data for us
- Web3Forms – receives the application form and forwards it to us by email.
- Domeneshop (Norway) – forwards incoming email sent to hello@theravefather.com, including form submissions, to a mailbox hosted by Microsoft (Outlook.com).
- Microsoft (Outlook.com) – hosts the mailbox where email is stored and answered. Replies may come from that mailbox rather than from hello@theravefather.com.
- Cal.com – booking of calls (name, email, chosen time).
- Stripe – processes payments after a written agreement, by card or Klarna. We never see your full card number.
- Cloudflare – hosts this website and provides cookie-free visitor statistics.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some of these providers, including Cloudflare and Microsoft, are based in, or may process data in, the United States or other countries outside the EEA. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Blood test results
Please do not attach lab reports to the application form. After the call we agree a secure way to share your lab results. Please don't email them before we've talked. Lab results you share are used only to plan and follow up your coaching. We do not share them with anyone else. Health data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR art. 9(2)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to coaching are deleted within 12 months. Client data, including health data and blood test results, is deleted no later than 12 months after the coaching ends, or earlier if you ask. Accounting records are kept for as long as Norwegian law requires (normally 5 years).
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
