Terms of Service

These terms apply to coaching services and this website provided by TheRaveFather Mersland (org. no. 927 217 007, Norway), trading as The RaveFather Coach ("we", "us").

1. The service

We offer individual coaching on training, nutrition and lifestyle, using your own blood test results as a reference point. The scope, price and duration of each coaching agreement are confirmed in writing before it starts.

2. Not medical advice

Our coaching does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. We do not prescribe medication. Always consult your doctor before making changes that may affect your health, and seek medical help if you experience symptoms. You follow any protocol at your own risk.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information about your health, to tell us about relevant medical conditions, and to follow advice from your own doctor where it differs from ours.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro (EUR) and include any applicable taxes:

Tier 01 · Diagnostics: €300. One-off. Fully credited if you continue to the 12-week plan.
Tier 02 · 12-Week Plan: €1 750. Blood tests are paid by you directly to the lab.
Tier 03 · Ongoing Optimization: €385 / month. Minimum 3 months, billed monthly. After 3 months you can cancel before the next billing date.

Nothing is bought directly on this website. Every service starts with a free 20 minute evaluation call. If we agree to work together, you receive a written agreement stating scope, price and start date, together with a secure Stripe payment link (card, or Klarna where Stripe offers it). The agreement is made when you accept it in writing. Tier 03 is billed monthly.

Blood tests are not included in any price. You order and pay for blood tests, including any retest, directly with a lab of your choice.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of the day the written agreement was made, without giving a reason, under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven). To withdraw, send a clear message by email. If you ask us to start the coaching within the 14 days and confirm that the right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully delivered, you pay a proportionate amount for what has been delivered if you withdraw. Once the service has been fully delivered with your consent, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Refunds are paid back to the same payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal.

6. Cancellation and refunds after 14 days

Tier 01 and Tier 02 are paid up front for a defined service and are not refunded after the withdrawal period, except where the law gives you a right to it. Tier 03 has a minimum term of 3 months. After the minimum term you can cancel at any time before the next monthly billing date, and no further payments are taken.

7. Effort guarantee (Tier 02)

If you have followed the protocol and you are not where we agreed to aim at the end of the 12 weeks, we keep working together at no extra cost until we have had a fair chance to get there. This is a promise about my effort, not about specific lab values. Bodies respond differently, and medical questions stay with your doctor.

8. Results

Results described on this website are individual cases. We cannot guarantee any specific outcome.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in question.

10. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are unhappy, contact us first and we will try to solve it. As a consumer you can also get free help from the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet), which can mediate and bring the case to the Consumer Complaints Committee (Forbrukerklageutvalget). The Norwegian Consumer Authority supervises marketing and contract terms. Consumers in other EU/EEA countries can find national dispute bodies through Consumer Redress in the EU.
