I am not a personal trainer.
I am Erik, The RaveFather. I coach men over 35 who already put in the effort and have nothing to show for it.
My job is to find out why, with blood work, then build a plan that fits your body and your life.

Why The RaveFather.
I come from rave culture. Long nights, little sleep and a body pushed hard. That is where I learned what actually keeps a person standing: routines, recovery and honest numbers.
Today I use the same discipline on fat loss, strength, energy and sleep, for men with jobs, families and little time to waste.
The case closest to home
Case 003 is my father. At 74 he had little energy, and his long-term blood sugar (HbA1c) was well above the reference range. We changed his daily routines while his doctor followed him up as usual. Three lab tests over about 3½ months show what happened.
Not a clinician. I am a coach, not a doctor. I use your blood work to shape training, nutrition, sleep and habits. Your doctor interprets the results medically and stays in charge of any treatment. Health disclaimer.
